Nollywood actor, rapper, and MC, Charles Okocha popularly known as Igwe 2Pac (Amoshine), create a chaos this morning at Lekki, with his crazy comedy act.
The actor is known for his insane skits and crazy acts, this time he took it to another level as he almost pushed some LASTMA officer to the ground. He went as far as creating traffic, because motorist and others could not help but wait for the actor to be done with his crazy act.
