Dynamically populate a table with a list – no extra rows allowed

I have a windows service that periodically needs to grab data from a MySql database and store them in a list. I then want to take that list of data and insert them into a table. When the data is removed from the list, the table is emptied. The problem I am having is that I have no idea how to dynamically insert a row with a list. I can create the table, add a column, etc, but I don’t know how to dynamically populate that column. I can think of a few work arounds like literally just populating each column one by one, but that seems like a very inefficient way to do things.
Here is the code I have so far:
public void PopulateTable()
// Get the database connection string
strCon = GetConnectionString();
con = new MySqlConnection(strCon);

// Make sure we have a database
MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlConnection.State = MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlState.Open;

// Declare a DataTable to hold the values retrieved from the database
DataTable dt = new DataTable(“Data”);

// Open the Connection
MySqlCommand com = new MySqlCommand();

// Check to see if the database exists
strSql = “SHOW TABLES LIKE ‘%Data%'”;
MySqlCommand command = new MySqlCommand(strSql);
MySqlDataReader reader;
reader = command.
